I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. To the left was my butt a year ago (didn’t work on it than), and moving to the far right is my butt progress as of 2months ago, with me only working on my ass for 3months! I can’t believe that leg press, lunges, squats and high incline is working so proud :)
Workout and eating healthy is all you have to do to achieve that body you want!

Haha nook problem girl! You’ll get that ass no problem! I posted a routine on my blog, I’ll most likely post some eating tips in the next few days :) for rep reps on the post I made start off with 3 reps of 10 for each and cardio 20mins before or after.
